1. I didn't get my activation code!
If you are using a free e-mail service such as Yahoo or Msn it is possible that your activation code is in your spam folder. Simply locate the e-mail and click on the activation link. If you are certain that you did not receive an activation code, Simply log into your Lite account and a new code will se sent to you. If your e-mail still can not receive an activation code then you may contact us.2. I Forgot my password
If you have forgotten your password, Please click here to have it re-sent to you. If you have forgotten what e-mail you used to open your account then you will have to register a new account. Your old one will be deleted after 90 days of inactivity.3. I Forgot my username
If you have forgotten your username, You will have to write to support from the e-mail address that you used to register your account. Usernames will only be sent to the same e-mail address that they were registered to ! Click here to notify support of a lost username.4. Can I change my password
To change your Lite password, Log into your Lite account and then click on the following links on your home page.My Home >> Edit Profile >> Password.
5. Can I change my username
Unfortunately no. Because all account details are registered against your username we don't allow you to change this for security reasons. You would have to register a new account with a different e-mail address and your old account will be deleted after 90 days of inactivity.6. How do I get a profile photo
Log into your Lite account then click the following Photos >> Upload My Photo and upload your photo as a 'profile picture' . Once approved by Admin you may set this photo as 'Featured'. The photo will then be used as your main profile picture and your Avatar in the chat room.7. How do I delete my account
To delete your Lite account, Log into your Lite account and then click on the following links on your home page.My Home >> Edit Profile >> Delete Profile.
8. I uploaded a Photo. Where is it ?
Photos take up to 12 hours to be approved by admin before they may be viewed on the site.9. I uploaded a Video . Where is it ?

1. I just joined but I don't get Gold Access, Why ?
The most common answer to this question is because you are trying to log into your Lite Account with your new GoldGayPass. To use your GoldGayPass you need to follow the links on this page and use your GoldGayPass when required. You do not have to log into your lite account if you don't want to, but if you need to to check your e-mail etc, then please use your Lite account Username and Password.2. 3. I want to stop my credit card from being charged

4. I paid by phone and now I cant get access
Most telephone companies will not allow a full months billing to be taken from your telephone account, Therefore you will be billed approx $5.00 per call and this will allow you access for up to 24 hours. It is not monthly access.Site Questions
1. I cant see any videos, Just an empty space.
I can not see any videos - All I get is a black screen.
Try This - This site uses the free Adobe flash player. To ensure that you have this player installed click here to go to the Adobe website and check your version of the player.
The flash player is installed on my computer and I still see nothing !
Try This - Sometimes when we upgrade this site we may make changes to the flash player. - Your computer may still be trying to load the older version. To fix this click here to go to the official Adobe website. - Look in the box that opens on that page and look in the Visited Websites box. - Select any settings that you see for lubeyourtube.com and/or www.lubeyourtube.com and click Delete Website. - Close any open browser windows and re-open our website. You should now see the new player and view videos.

Try This - After trying the above, It is still possible that your browser is still loading the old player that is stored on your own computer. In your browser window, Go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Delete Temporary Internet Files. Close any open browser windows and re-open our website. You should now see the new player and view videos.
